Payment: Cash or credit cards (Maestro, Master Card, Visa).

Conversion: All payments must be made in the Croatian currency. The amount debited from your credit card is obtained by converting the price given in Eur into Croatian kuna at the exchange rate in force, as applied by the National Bank of Croatia. When your credit card is debited, the same amount is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate applied by the credit card associations. This conversion explains any slight difference as may be seen with respect to the price specified.

Additional charges: May be applied for an extension of stay, extra beds, laundry service, breakfast or transfers.

Tourist tax: The amount of the tourist tax per day is defined by HTZ Croatian National Tourist board.

Arrival and departure time: Check-in after 4pm and check-out before 10am.

House rules: The guests are obligated to preserve apartments and rooms, inventory and installation. All damage made must be refunded. Damaged inventory, equipment and object will be charged. Each guest is responsible for their own personal things as well as all things found in the apartment at the moment of the collection of the keys. One should take care of all inventory and should not take it anywhere outside the apartment.

Silence: Guests are forbidden to cause unpleasant noise and disturb public order and peace. They should not create such noise or disturbance that can affect the other guests, the owner or any neighbours. Silence should be maintained from 11pm till 8am.

Be green and conscious: Guests are requested to rationally use energy and water, according to their needs (turn off lights and other electrical consumers when not needed, close windows and doors in apartments or rooms when using air conditioner).

Emergency: In case of fire, flood or other emergency, guest are required to contact the owners or/and the suitable authorities.

Pets: Not allowed.

Smoking: Not allowed.

Breaking the rules: The owner is entitled to cancel reservation and usage of apartment or room if house rules are violated and declare the guest as "unwanted guest". In case of reservation cancellation due to violation of the House rules, the guest is required to pay the price for the whole rented period, no mater of his shortened stay.
